Yes. Our human hair extensions can be professionally colored, toned, and styled. We recommend consulting a licensed hairstylist to maintain the integrity and longevity of the hair. Raw human hair can be bleached up to 613.
How long does the hair last?
With proper care and maintenance, our premium human hair extensions can last 12 months or longer.
Can I use heat on the hair?
Absolutely. Our human hair extensions can be curled, straightened, and styled using heat tools. We recommend using a heat protectant to preserve the hair’s quality.
How many bundles do I need?
Recommended bundle quantities:
- 12”–18”: 2–3 bundles
- 20”–24”: 3 bundles
- 26”–30”: 4 bundles
- 32” and longer: 4–5 bundles
For a fuller look, additional bundles may be desired.
Do the bundles shed?
Minimal shedding is normal for all hair extensions. Proper installation and maintenance will help reduce shedding and extend the lifespan of the hair.
Does the hair tangle?
Our luxury extensions are carefully selected for quality. Like all human hair, proper care, moisturizing, and nighttime protection are essential for minimizing tangling.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 2–7 business days within the United States.
Will I receive tracking information?

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless there are special circumstances.
